I went over here after leaving chanel. Again i knew what I was looking for. So i looked around i was assigned Kyra? She was AMAZING!!! Super professional, i never felt rushed or anything. The scarf i was looking for was hard to find... they looked & looked as I was on my was out the door a tad disappointed she ran downstairs with it in her hand!!! sold!! She steamed it & packaged it beautifully!! I would definitely recommend Kyra. Ill see you next year Mahalo!!

Today I went to the LV store by Ala Moana with my mom and sister. We were greeted by Marisa who was friendly knowledgeable who helped me grab some of the styles I was interested in. We went on a Sunday and it was busy… but Marisa took the time and made sure I got the service and advice in picking out the bag. She was super understanding and wanted me to be happy with my purchase and provided me with a wide variety of options available. Although I didn’t buy anything today but I have already shared her contact with my friends who is interested in coming to visit Hawaii and I have recommended Marisa to her. She is great and I highly recommend you to look for her when you are planning to treat yourself❤️ Updated review! ******* Le D- ⭐️✨Sales Associate ✨⭐️ So, I went to Lv again for my birthday and this time we were served by Le who was a knowledgeable, genuine Sales Associate that really made our experience memorable! Le asked the right questions and took everything that she think would be a good fit for us! In the end I decided on the Neverfull and big shoutout for Le for giving me all the variations of bags to try and being so patient for me and I am so happy with my bag❤️. I left the store happy and then thought… let’s get something for my mom for Mother’s Day so we went back in!! (Yes this store does that to you) During that time, Le was serving another client and so we were helped by Tyler. 😶 Tyler has many areas of improvement in his way of treating his client. Firstly, he didn’t care about us and brushed us off when we mentioned to him what we were looking for and how we were previously served by Le. We wanted to first look for a wallet and he just took a few of them out to show us. When we had concerns about one of the wallet (the buttons was really hard to unbuckle), instead of addressing it… he put the wallet back and went on his phone… and was disengaged in serving us…. in my opinion was quite unprofessional especially when we are actually interested in shopping and buying something for our mom. In the end, Tyler walked over to Le and asked to switched. We were happy because I personally didn’t want to deal with someone who didn’t really cared or want my business. In the end, We ended up getting a wallet for my mom AND an Alma bb that Le showed us. ( my sister and my mom loved that bag!) One of the reason why we went back to Le was because she cared and was genuine. My mom was amazed by how she was able to understand our needs and choose the bags we loved! Also, she didn’t make us feel rush and I will be sending her contact to all my friends and family that will visit Hawaii to Le! One last thing I want to mention was, when I didn’t know where the keys were, I texted Le and she immediately response…. Service level 200/100❤️ *Sorry Tyler, if this is how you treat clients…. You wouldn’t be successful in your job… I think you need to learn from your superstore coworker who is exceptional in what she does😊*

I was so excited to look at this store with my boyfriend to show him a purse I’ve been wanting for a long time.. we walk in, and immediately we are followed and our every move is being watched. This made me so uncomfortable.. short haired lady was our shadow. Thanks for making us feel like we’re broke crooks. No we weren’t going to steal your stuff… this just ruined my shopping experience for the day. It’s nasty to judge your customers and feel like you’re above them. We were dressed nice too but this store doesn’t care they will make you feel awful. I said that’s it.. I’m done shopping at LV

There was a line but got in quickly. Soo, my client advisor offerred a tour around the store that was a nice gesture but i was in a rush so i told her what i am looking for, and guided me to the right area. Soo is very friendly and patiently explain differences and details of the stuff i wanted. Thank you, Soo! Staff are friendly and nice. Store is very organize, neat and clean. Has a hand sanitizing area at the entrance door.
